      Our Policies

      NJC Document Fee Reimbursement Policy

      Wills: NJC will reimburse for the costs of drafting a Will, POA, and Living Will for donors that leave a 10% or more remainder gift in their Will. NJC will not reimburse the costs of amending or re-doing existing Wills, POA’s, or Living Wills.

      Trusts: NJC will reimburse for the costs of drafting a Trust, POA, and Living Will for donors that leave a 15% or more remainder gift in their Trust.

      Fiduciary Responsibility Policy

      NJC is no longer able to accept fiduciary appointments (executor, trustee, POA) in new Wills, Trusts, or Powers of Attorney.
